I’ve been meaning to do a roundup of all of my new shoes, but…… well…… I’m slow. And I kept adding, and I didn’t want to miss any. Before you make fun of my shoe binge, please know that there was a real reason. Four pairs of my favorite shoes that I’ve had for 3+ years all finally died. That’s right; over the course of one summer, I had to retire all 4 pairs that were my absolute favorites. I talked about it in a previous shopping cart post, and I finally started looking to replace them. So far, I think I’ve done a pretty good job….
I love looking at all of them together – they are so bright and fun, and way different from the shoes I previously owned. I’m branching out!
I stopped in at Nine West to try on the leopard flats from my previous shoe post, and liked them but didn’t love them. However, they had a ton of shoes on sale, and I quickly fell for the pink and the red. (The pink ones have even made it into an outfit post!) The awesome sales woman brought the taupe ones and at first I was hesitant. Wouldn’t an ankle strap make my legs look short and stumpy?? NEWSFLASH: My legs ARE short and stumpy and adorable and no shoe is going to make it better or worse. I loved them so I went home with all of them. They were on crazy sale, so it was totes worth it.
Steve Madden Graanite (only available in gold) – Nordstrom | Sole Society Nia – Sold Out
If you follow me on Instagram, you might have seen these shoes….. or if you are friends with me, you’ve seen me wear them. The nude and orange ones have become my favorite shoes EVER. The black loafers are dangerous – those spikes are sharp! But I’ve worn them in an outfit post and I can’t wait to style them with fall and winter wear.
Neon Pop Authentic – Vans
I’ve worn these in an outfit post as well, and I still love them dearly. Sure, I own a pair of Converse, but I’m a Vans girl at heart. I can neither confirm nor deny that the boyfriend and I have complimentary Vans……..
And last but not least…..
BP Trolley Ankle Boot – Nordstrom
Funny story about these; I bought them because it was Triple Points Day at Nordstrom and my shoe guy was all “Hey come get some shoes.” I had tried a few pairs of ankle booties, and had the same fear I had about the ankle strap shoes. Then I tried these and I loved the simplicity mixed with the unexpected color. I cannot wait for fall to get here! I finally have tall, mid-level, and ankle booties! I can’t promise that my outfits will be awesome, but my shoes will be amazing!
